Synchronizing Panels Totalization Panels

Synchronizing Panels are used in industrial and commercial applications to supply large amounts of loads from paralleling engine generator sets as per load sharing capacity.

Construction

  • Made of electro-galvanized steel sheets (2.0 mm to 3.0 mm thick for frames and 1.6 mm to 2.0 mm thick for covers).
  • Coated in Polyester powder coating in RAL 7035.
  • Enclosure is accessible
    from front and rear with cable entry from top and bottom with removable
    gland plates.
  • Degree of Protection up to IP55

Bus bars

  •  Made of tin plated (ETP) grade copper (Silver plating available upon request). PVC Sleeve is available upon request.
  • Ratings are designed with current density of 1.5
    A/mm². Rated Insulation Voltage is 690V.
  • Main Bus bars rated up to 10,000A.
  • Main Bus bar short circuit withstand capacity up to 100kA for 1 Sec.
  • Neutral and Earth Bus bars are rated at 50 % of the main Bus bar (%100 available upon request)
